Un paseo por el bosque - Homenaje a John Muir

Quiero dedicar este espacio a la figura sobresaliente de John Muir y su profunda relación con la tierra y la naturaleza. Un desconocido para el mundo de habla hispana, pero de una actualidad incuestionable.

John Muir (Dunbar, 21 de abril de 1838 – Los Ángeles, 24 de diciembre de 1914) fue un prolífico naturalista. Escribió más de 300 artículos y 10 libros, donde narró sus viajes y exploraciones. Estas publicaciones le proporcionaron una importante tribuna para exponer y defender su filosofía sobre la naturaleza, la vida salvaje y la preservación de los grandes espacios, consiguiendo un notable impacto en la sociedad de su época...
